Job Readiness Programme is designed to assist small and large businesses in providing new entrants to their workforce with the necessary skills to succeed at work. While schools, FET’s and universities provide learners with tertiary education however they don’t prepare them for the world of work.

Credentials
BasadiPele Skills Development and Training was established in 2016 with a commitment to provide quality education and to contribute positively towards economic solutions in the country (South Africa) in the field of education. The training centre is operating from Diepkloof Adult Learning Centre. The Centre is accredited with MICT SETA as the primary SETA (Information Systems, Electronics and Telecommunications Technologies Sector Education Training Authority)
