We are granted full permission by the City of Johannesburg Social Development Department to utilize their Skills Centers (more than 7) across the entire City, to market their services as an extension of our Services.


The Centre partners with various community agencies and companies to achieve common goals related to workforce and skills development.


Our team consists of an operations executive director, a training manager, training-coordinator, facilitators, assessors and an internal moderator, as well as an external moderator who are all fully accredited practitioners.


BASADIPELE recognizes the importance of improving women’s workforce participation, thus this programme has five objectives.
 Create a positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of women through training, employment and entrepreneurial skills development.
 Test and establish an innovative model of a public –private partnership that responds to the aspirations and needs of women, and identifies needs of the private sector.
 Establish a continuum that connects education, to skills, jobs and growth.
 Eradication of the poverty through Enterprise and Skills Development.
 To build the capacity of potential trainees and develop market linkages for the sustainability of community livelihoods.
